Join Thania for an evening of deep stretching and sleep meditation.
In these challenging times we live in, many of us are experiencing moments of stress and physical tension. It's getting harder to concentrate, and sometimes even if we are tired, we have difficulty sleeping.
For 60 minutes, you are invited to pause and reflect on the physical body.
Thania believes that we can find answers when we offer space to ourselves. This space will be created with the aid of gentle Yoga exercises and Nidra, guided meditation.
By the end of this class you will feel more at ease and ready for your nighttime sleep preparations.
The class is open to everyone, including those with no Yoga experience.
